Individual 1-1 Coaching
Jen provides confidential coaching to individuals where self-exploration, observation of potential false beliefs, and obstacles may create feeling stuck for the client. Through coaching, Jen will guide the client to increased self-awareness, improved confidence, better leadership skills, enhanced problem-solving abilities, greater accountability, improved performance, enhanced career clarity, and a higher level of engagement in the workplace, ultimately contributing to personal and professional development and achieving desired outcomes.

Team Coaching
Jen will provide the leader and their team a customized and in-depth session that creates an environment of trust, respect and vulnerability highlighting each team members strengths.
Expected outcomes:
- Clients can expect to learn how each person on their team is unique, and when these distinctive talents are brought together, the team is stronger and more productive.
- Client can also expect a set of team agreements for how they want to work together, treat each other, how decisions will be made, and how to handle conflict.
Executive Consulting
Jen can quickly understand and analyze human resources challenges, arrive at the root cause of those challenges, and provide specific recommendations needed by the organization.
Expected outcomes:
- Clients can expect to be provided with a clear path forward based on their specific challenges and needs.
- Recommendations will be made about the team and organizational structure, tools and processes based on the team’s growth strategy and available budget.
